  • Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients, including regular status reports and case reviews.
  • Manage performance metrics using practice quality software.

Duties:

  • Led Boston market, driving revenue and team growth.
  • Build culture, camaraderie, and collaboration across offices and regions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on market growth strategy.
  • Make improvement recommendations to partners and firm leadership.
  • Manage family law cases from beginning to end.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients, including regular status reports and case reviews.
  • Track accomplishments and client satisfaction metrics through practice quality software.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
  • 10+ years of Domestic Litigation Experience.
  • 1st chair family law experience, including handling complex litigation matters.
  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
