A law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Mid-Level Litigation Partner with 10-25 years of experience to join its Columbia, SC office. Location:

Duties:

  • Manage complex business litigation matters from inception to resolution.

  • Mentor and work closely with less experienced lawyers.

  • Market, recruit, and manage new and existing clients.

  • Leverage technology to improve efficiency and client services.

  • Develop and implement strategic litigation plans.

  • Provide high-level legal counsel and representation to clients.

Requirements:

  • 10-25 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business litigation.

  • Proven ability to manage complex cases independently.

  • Experience in client development and management.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance legal practice.

  • Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the South Carolina Bar (or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina).
