Duties:

• Prepare draft patent applications and draft responses to communications from the USPTO.
• Assist attorneys in delivering quality legal services to clients efficiently and cost-effectively.

Requirements:

• JD degree and admission to the USPTO are mandatory.
• 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• A degree in organic chemistry or chemical engineering is required.
