Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Appear for depositions and argue motions in court.
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and participate in case strategy development.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• An active license to practice law in Missouri is required.
• Illinois license is preferred, or the ability to become licensed in Illinois.
• Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Missouri.

Skills:
