Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits encompassing various employment-related claims and agency charges. Additionally, they will counsel employers on various employment and labor law matters while representing them in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.

Job Duties:

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving various employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediation in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 4-6 years of experience, with a strong background in employment law preferred.
• Class Action/PAGA experience is preferred.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
• Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures.
