Duties

  • Design and implement comprehensive estate plans

  • Lead and participate in client meetings to review legal documents

  • Review and finalize sophisticated estate planning documents

  • Assist in estate and trust administration

  • Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants for task delegation

  • Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up

  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented office environment

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of legal experience preferred

  • Estate planning and/or estate administration experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to manage cases and clients independently after onboarding

  • Strong attendance habits and professional reliability

  • Compassionate, client-focused demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work hard and contribute to client satisfaction and team success

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar

  • Admission to the Idaho Bar is a plus or willingness to obtain
