Job Overview:
A Spokane-based law firm is currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, elder law, or land use. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who values collaborative work and is committed to delivering excellent client service. The position offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload and advocate on behalf of clients in both administrative and courtroom settings.

Location:

  • Spokane, Washington

Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate a high-volume caseload

  • Provide legal counsel and effective advocacy in probate, elder law, guardianship, and land use matters

  • Maintain and build strong client relationships

  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and estate planning instruments

  • Represent clients in court and administrative hearings as necessary

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in probate, guardianship, elder law, or land use

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction and professional ethics

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license and in good standing with the Washington State Bar

  • Proficiency in legal document preparation
