Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of transactional real estate experience. The ideal candidate will work on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and development. Strong academic credentials and admission to the California Bar are required.

Duties:

• Handle a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and development.
• Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and title review.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Assist with negotiation and closing of transactions.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of transactional real estate experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the California Bar.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
