Description:
A highly respected boutique law firm specializing in aviation and regulatory law is seeking an Associate Attorney with a focus on aviation, trade compliance, and regulatory enforcement. The firm represents airlines, manufacturers, corporate clients, and international organizations on matters related to aviation regulation, compliance, and international trade.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with compliance and enforcement matters related to aviation and trade regulations.
• Research and analyze international and domestic aviation laws.
• Support senior attorneys in drafting regulatory submissions, advocacy materials, and client advisories.
• Liaise with U.S. and foreign regulatory authorities on aviation law issues.
• Monitor and advise on emerging aviation policies, trade agreements, and regulatory trends.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in a regulatory, international trade, or aviation law practice.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and trade compliance.
• Excellent writing and research skills, with the ability to produce high-quality legal memoranda and filings.
• Prior experience working with government agencies, airlines, or transportation entities is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to engage with clients on complex regulatory matters.
