Associate Attorney needed for Boston office

A law firm in Boston is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of relevant experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle all phases of litigation. Experience with public law and internal investigations is advantageous.

Duties:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Assist with public law matters and internal investigations, as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.

Requirements:

• JD and MA Bar admission required.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-starting attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
