Intellectual Property Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an intellectual property attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will prepare and prosecute patent applications. Prepare claim charts to products and industry standards, such as 3GPP LTE and NR standards, and IEEE 802.11 WiFi standards, demonstrating infringement, support, and validity. Conduct IP-related due diligence. Manage a large docket of domestic and foreign patent prosecution and direct foreign counsel. Develop portfolio strategies and effectively communicate with clients. Must have at least a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or similar discipline. Admission to practice before the USPTO is essential. Strong technical experience in telecommunications and related industry standards is needed.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information concisely and think on their feet are needed. Excellent patent analysis ability is essential. The ability to interface independently with clients is required.
