Duties

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution.
  • Registered to practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or Patent Bar eligible.
  • Licensed to practice law in the respective state, if applicable.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Certifications

  • Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
