A law firm is seeking an Entry-level to Mid-level Tax Associate Attorney in New York City. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the tax department, engaging in predominantly transactional work. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research on tax issues related to complex transactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • LL.M. in Taxation from a recognized institution.
