Antitrust Associate Attorney

A law firm in Cleveland is seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will assume substantive responsibilities in competition-focused matters involving litigation, regulatory enforcement, product distribution, and complex mergers and acquisitions. The role requires experience in antitrust litigation, civil or criminal enforcement, and/or Hart-Scott-Rodino filings or second requests. Prior experience in the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, or consumer protection is a plus. Exceptional academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills are required.

Duties:

• Assume substantive responsibilities in competition-focused matters.
• Handle antitrust litigation cases.
• Manage regulatory enforcement matters.

Requirements:

Education:
