A law firm seeks a talented Corporate Finance Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This position is ideal for legal professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial finance lending, particularly those with expertise in secured lending, asset-based transactions, and cash flow deals. The successful candidate will be part of a sophisticated team of finance attorneys dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services.

Duties

  • Advise clients on various aspects of commercial finance transactions, with a focus on secured lending.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements and related documentation.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative financing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and changes in relevant laws affecting commercial finance.
  • Represent clients in lender-side transactions, focusing on asset-based and cash flow lending structures.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in secured commercial finance, specifically in asset-based and cash flow lending.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required; additional admission in Delaware, New Jersey, or New York is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
