A law firm seeks a Leveraged Finance Associate in Philadelphia to join its esteemed Global Finance group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including borrowers, lenders, and equity investors, gaining insights into market trends and deal terms.

Duties

• Represent borrowers, lenders, and private equity sponsors in finance transactions.
• Engage in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence to closing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leveraged finance experience.
• Experience with middle market lending and alternative financiers preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
