Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney

Uniondale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trusts and estates associate attorney with 1-3 years of planning and administration experience. The candidate will prepare wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents; assist with estate administration matters; collaborate with the other members of the trusts and estates and private client groups; research tax and related issues; and participate in department meetings. Bar membership is required.

This New York-based law practice was established more than four decades ago and is comprised of a fairly large team of highly skilled attorneys. It handles a wide range of issues related to construction law, corporate governance, environmental law, and litigation. The firm is also actively involved in community outreach efforts throughout the year.
