A law firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney for their Tulsa office. The Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney will collaborate with the legal team, providing expertise in personal injury cases and ensuring the highest standard of legal services for each client. They will manage personal injury caseloads, interact and negotiate with insurance companies, maintain positive client relationships, and supervise non-attorney staff to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

 

Duties:

  • Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the legal process.
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as required.
  • Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared and compliance with legal standards and regulations.
  • Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to all laws and regulations in office.

 

Requirements:

  • Active Bar license in Oklahoma.
  • 1+ years of civil practice experience, preferably in personal injury law.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, etc.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software and technology.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in Oklahoma.
