Litigation Associate Attorney

A reputable law firm located in Baltimore, MD is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 9 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Location:

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft discovery requests, responses, and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts
• Engage in oral advocacy, including motion hearings and depositions
• Work with senior attorneys on case strategy and client advisement
• Participate in large-scale cases with significant exposure

Requirements:

• 9 years of relevant experience in complex commercial litigation
• Prior experience with large cases and/or at a mid-to-large law firm preferred
• Active membership in the MD Bar
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Strong academic performance preferred

Certifications:

• Admission to the MD required
• Federal court admission preferred

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities
• Strong oral advocacy skills
• Proficient in legal document drafting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
