Mid-Level Leverage Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Leverage Finance Associate Attorney to join their team in New York City. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations.

• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as:
  • Working at a computer for extended periods, including on-screen reading and typing.
  • Participating in digital/virtual conference calls.

• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 4 years of leverage finance experience.
• Experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.

• Good business judgment.
