A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-7 years of experience for their office in Noblesville, IN. The ideal candidate should have interest and experience in handling litigation and/or representing governmental entities.

Job Overview: The Litigation Attorney will represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters. They will handle all aspects of the litigation process, from initial client consultation to trial and appeal.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Indiana State Bar, or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
