Employment Law Associate Attorney

A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Employment Law Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of employment litigation experience and excellent written and verbal advocacy skills.

Job Overview:

The Employment Law Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work on matters independently, handling various aspects of litigation in employment law cases. This role involves drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs; responding to and issuing written discovery; conducting and defending depositions; representing clients at court hearings and mediations; and assisting with trial preparation and trial practice.

Requirements:

Education:
