  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

  • Knowledge of California workers’ compensation statutes and procedures

  • Case negotiation and settlement strategy

  • Legal research and document drafting

  • Time and task management in fast-paced settings

  • Proficiency in communicating complex legal issues to clients and team members
