Personal Injury Intake Attorney

Scottsdale office of our client seeks a personal injury intake attorney. The candidate will answer and assess incoming potential client calls to determine if they should be signed by the firm or referred to other firms while inputting client contact data. Communicate with prospective clients by phone and in person. Ensure that all data is entered into the system correctly. Make follow-up calls to potential clients to assist with lead management and direct referrals to Intake staff to call and follow up. Review contracts with potential clients internally and externally (hospitals, home visits, etc.). Review all new auto calls for the department daily to ensure appropriate actions are being taken. Take escalated calls to save cases or handle disgruntled callers/clients. Provide weekend and evening call coverage. Provide legal support for Intake Specialists and provide training for new calls and write-ups as needed. Admission to the State Bar of Arizona is required. Must have a Juris Doctorate and excellent telephone etiquette.
