Real Estate Finance Attorney

The candidate will represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings and development of commercial real estate. Should have strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions. Must be admitted to State Bar.

The candidate should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
