The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverage issues, specifically under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies. Exceptional academic credentials, coupled with superior research and writing abilities, are prerequisites for this role.

Duties:

• Manage insurance coverage and commercial litigation cases, focusing on professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance matters.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies to provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of legal practice with a specialization in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• In-depth understanding of insurance coverage issues, particularly under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
