Duties

• Administer depositions, issue interrogatories, and review documents during the discovery process.
• Conduct depositions independently.
• Perform legal research.
• Make court appearances.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of New York litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in New York; New Jersey licensure is optional.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent reading, writing, communication, and attention to detail skills.

Education
