The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, from initial consultation through settlement or trial. Duties:

  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Legal writing
  • Court appearances
  • Trial preparation
  • Conducting trials, mediations, and arbitrations

Requirements:
