Charleston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience in general litigation. The candidate should preferably have prior experience in construction law or personal injury. Must be an attorney in good standing in the state of South Carolina. Should preferably have experience including construction defect, personal injury, and/or general liability defense, plus expert research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Experience taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, preparing adjuster reports, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, reviewing complex discovery, and attendance at hearings is preferred.
