Job Overview:

The Professional Liability Associate Attorney will independently manage a litigation caseload, focusing on professional liability matters, including malpractice cases against attorneys, insurance agents/brokers, accountants, and real estate agents. The role requires effective communication with clients, providing regular status reports, and ensuring the successful resolution of cases.

Job Duties:

  • Independently manage a litigation caseload, handling cases from inception through resolution.
  • Communicate with clients, providing timely and accurate status reports on ongoing cases.
  • Handle a broad spectrum of professional liability matters, including malpractice cases against attorneys, insurance agents/brokers, accountants, and real estate agents.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional liability, accounting malpractice, and/or commercial litigation experience.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Superior academic credentials demonstrating excellence in legal education.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload and work cases through all stages of litigation.
