A law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney for their Gilbert location. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a full caseload of family law cases from start to finish. This role requires effective drafting, arguing, and research skills, as well as creative problem-solving abilities and strong communication with clients and team members.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a full caseload of family law cases from start to finish
  • Draft legal documents quickly and accurately
  • Argue effectively in court proceedings
  • Conduct legal research on case and statutory law
  • Provide creative problem-solving solutions for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and preparation

 

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Family Law experience
  • Passion for practicing family law
  • Strong drafting, arguing, and research skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle a full caseload independently

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in Arizona
