Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent research and writing skills, along with a strong attention to detail. Preferably, the candidate will have experience in law and motion, discovery, trial support, writs, and appeals.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in law and motion practice, including hearings and oral arguments.
• Handle discovery processes, including document requests and depositions.
• Provide trial support, prepare witnesses, and assist with trial strategy.
• Work on writs and appeals, ensuring thorough and effective representation.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 2-6 years of experience in litigation.
