Job Overview: A law firm in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a skilled and experienced Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Personal Injury cases, providing counsel to clients, and ensuring the successful resolution of cases through negotiation and, if necessary, trial.

Job Details:

• Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases and provide comprehensive guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary, demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Possess a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
• Manage a large caseload efficiently and exhibit effective leadership skills.
• Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery in an organized and strategic manner.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Require 2-5 years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience.
• Trial experience is considered an additional asset.
• Demonstrate leadership skills to build and manage a legal team effectively.
• Interact with clients during their time of need with empathy and professionalism.
• Exhibit determination to achieve the best results for clients and win cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Injury law, particularly in the state of Florida.
• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
• Trial experience is a plus.
