Randolph office of our client seeks an entry-level associate attorney. The candidate will be responsible for trial preparation and court appearances. Will attend board meetings for community associations. Draft and prepare contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, and memoranda. Correspond via phone and email with courts, clients, homeowners, landlords, and tenants. Perform legal research using Westlaw. Must be licensed in New Jersey and New York. Pennsylvania Bar admission is a plus.

The candidate must be very organized and computer savvy. Should be knowledgeable in MS Office Suite. Excellent research and writing skills are needed. The ability to work independently and as a team member is essential.
