Associate Attorney needed for Tallahassee office

A law firm in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates, receiving active mentoring and client contact opportunities. Collaborate with partners and senior associates for active mentoring and client exposure. Engage in training sessions and counseling on the client development process. Anticipate case needs and grow a personal caseload.

Duties:

• Assist partners and senior associates in various stages of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings and court appearances.
• Manage case files and maintain client communication.
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare for trials.
• Assist in business development efforts and client relationship management.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Bar or recently taken the Bar Exam.
• 5 years of relevant legal experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active membership in the Bar.
