Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case initiation to resolution

• Conduct legal research and prepare analytical reports

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communication

• Handle court filings and manage discovery processes

• Support client-focused solutions by applying legal reasoning to diverse matters

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage a fast-paced workload with attention to detail

• Strong verbal communication and analytical skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
