Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in litigation and contract law to join their team in Albany, NY. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York. While commercial litigation experience is strongly preferred, other litigation experience will be considered.

Duties

  • Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
  • Administer depositions, issue interrogatories, and review documents.

Requirements

  • Admitted to practice law in New York.
