The candidate will assist in preparing cases for and second chair jury trials and eventually manage their own cases in medical malpractice defense and aviation from pre-suit through trial. Must be Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Interest in complex civil litigation is required.

The candidate should have excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills and will be organized, creative, and self-starters with a desire to win. A strong academic background is required. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment is needed.
