Duties:

• Develop and implement personalized estate plans for individuals, families, and business owners

• Draft, analyze, and finalize key legal documents such as wills, trusts, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney

• Offer guidance on asset preservation, wealth transfer strategies, and tax-efficient planning

• Provide support in matters related to probate, trust administration, and fiduciary responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal and state tax considerations as they relate to estate planning

• Monitor and interpret legal developments in estate and trust law to ensure compliance and innovation

• Partner with clients to understand long-term goals and ensure legal solutions align with those objectives

• Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on cross-functional matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of dedicated experience in estate planning and trust administration

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client matters independently

• Strong drafting and legal research capabilities

• Proven experience advising on tax implications, asset protection, and generational planning

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar (active and in good standing)
