Kansas City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a bankruptcy and creditors' rights associate attorney with 2 years of bankruptcy/creditors' rights experience or relevant experience. The candidate will develop effective business solutions that reflect clients' visions and goals. Active Missouri licensure, or the ability to waive in, is required. Should have a strong and sincere interest in bankruptcy practice and possess the ability to handle sophisticated bankruptcy and creditors' rights work at a national level. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
