Associate Attorney needed for Amarillo office

Amarillo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will work closely every day with partners, clients, colleagues, and staff on collection and litigation activities. Will work with other attorneys and legal support staff under the direction of a partner on Suit preparation and review, motion practice, discovery, large caseload management, and substantial trial work in District Courts and courts in the surrounding counties. Title examination, including mineral titles. Providing clients with opinions and advice on legal issues. Assist with managing and maintaining current firm clients. Local travel is required. Periodic attendance at evening and occasional weekend events and statewide conferences. Must be licensed in Texas.

The candidate should have excellent writing and research skills. Must have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, interpersonal and social skills, and be a self-starter.
