A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in providing top-quality legal services to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be in good standing with the CA Bar, and have a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

 

Duties:

  • Work closely with senior attorneys and partners to provide top-quality legal services to clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies and arguments.
  • Manage multiple cases and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • In good standing with the California Bar.
  • Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
