Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney with two to seven years of family law experience to join their Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving complex family disputes, including divorce, property division, alimony, child and spousal support, child custody, domestic violence, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

Duties

• Resolve complex family law disputes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel on family law matters.

Requirements

• Two to seven years of family law experience.
• Strong writing skills and courtroom experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Pennsylvania Bar admission required; New Jersey Bar preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• New Jersey Bar admission preferred.
