This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases at both the appellate and trial levels, engaging in precedent-setting litigation across various jurisdictions. Duties:

  • Conducted in-depth legal research and drafted persuasive appellate briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Handle oral arguments in federal and state appellate courts.
  • Collaborate with trial teams to provide “appellate eyes” at trial, ensuring issue preservation and strategic motion practice.
  • Analyze legal precedent and craft innovative legal arguments for complex, high-stakes cases.
  • Assist in preparing petitions for certiorari and other filings before the U.S. Supreme Court.
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client advisories.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in appellate litigation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
