Social Security Disability Associate Attorney

A law firm in Southfield, MI is seeking a Social Security Disability Associate Attorney to assess, evaluate, and represent disability claims. The candidate will cross-examine witnesses, prepare for hearings, maintain communication with relevant parties, develop case strategies, and present cases before judges with professionalism and expertise.

Duties:

• Thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims.
• Skillfully cross-examine witnesses during legal proceedings.
• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings.
• Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies.
• Present cases in front of judges with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:

• Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
• Graduation in the top 30% of your law school class is preferred.
• Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a State Bar.
