Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney licensed in Pennsylvania. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare litigation cases
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Assist in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery requests
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
  • Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and client management

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or related practice areas
  • Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
