Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation.
• Interest in or exposure to bankruptcy practice.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding of secured transactions law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) with impressive academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
