Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex business litigation matters.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Assist with case management tasks, such as document review, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in business litigation.
• Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Missouri State Bar and in good standing.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience with commercial litigation in both state and federal court preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
