Asset Management Associate Attorney

A law firm in Washington D.C. is actively seeking an accomplished Asset Management Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's asset management practice by providing legal counsel and support to clients in the financial industry.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on various asset management matters, including investment fund formation, regulatory compliance, and ongoing operational issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate investment management agreements, offering documents, and other relevant legal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and trends affecting asset management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on asset management.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the District of Columbia.
