A law firm seeks an Infrastructure Associate Attorney to join its Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9+ years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, particularly in PPP, project financing, and drop-down transactions. This role involves representing equity sponsors, financing parties, and other private sector participants in the PPP space.

Duties

  • Engage in infrastructure-focused projects, including PPP and project financing.
  • Represent equity sponsors and financing parties in the PPP sector.
  • Collaborate closely with clients in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 6 to 9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong academic credentials and superior communication skills.
  • Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • State Bar membership in good standing.
