The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9+ years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, particularly in PPP, project financing, and drop-down transactions. This role involves representing equity sponsors, financing parties, and other private sector participants in the PPP space.

Duties

• Engage in infrastructure-focused projects, including PPP and project financing.

Requirements

• 6 to 9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
• Strong academic credentials and superior communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a sizable bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
